THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE THAT MAY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION.
TO AVOID BEING CHARGED, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD IN YOUR APP STORE SETTINGS. DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
1.1. The mobile application Fishing Diary (the “App”) and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) are provided by Noctaura Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1.3. These Terms include our Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted within the App.
1.4. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

6.2. AI-generated results are provided for convenience and reference only.
6.3. AI recognition may produce incorrect or incomplete results. For example, a fish species may be incorrectly identified from a photograph.
6.4. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting automatically generated information before saving or sharing it.
6.5. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.
7.1. The App may store data locally on your device.
7.2. Optional cloud backup or synchronization services may be available, including services provided by Apple, Google, or other third parties.
7.3. We do NOT guarantee:
7.4. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important photographs and fishing records.
7.5. Uninstalling the App, changing devices, resetting your device, deleting local data, or losing access to a third-party cloud account may result in the loss of data.
8.1. The App may be free to download, but certain features require a subscription (“VIP” or “Premium”).

8.6. DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
8.7. Refunds are generally handled by the applicable App Store or payment provider according to its refund policies.
8.8. Free trials or promotional offers, if offered, may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the applicable trial period ends.
8.9. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, plans, features, and promotional offers, subject to applicable laws and App Store requirements.
By using the Service, you agree that:
